Client's Report of Paranormal Activity

Smelling smoke in the early evening on the staircase
Neighbors have working fireplaces and also burn things in their yards. (explained)

Physical objects disappearing and later re-appearing in the same place
They did not have the dog at the time this took place (unexplained)

Electrical appliances/lights and light bulbs not working and then suddenly working
The house has electrical problems which is why they were moving (explained)

Feeling of being watched in the basement
There was no evidence found in the basement.

Glimpsing shadows out of the corner of their eyes
Unknown (unable to recreate)

A bowl on a high shelf flew off and broke on the floor of a pantry
The shelf is sturdy and level. (unexplained)

Door in hallway shut and later found open when no one was there
(unexplained)

Feeling cold spots or one room only is very cold
There were no cold spots found. (unexplained)

Physical sensation of being touched
Investigator had an invisible force holding their wrist on the stairs.

New batteries going dead
SIGHT's digital camera lost battery charge, but out of the house charge returned.

Cordless phone lights blink on and off
This did not occur until they moved into this house (unexplained)

Hearing the faint cry of a baby
None of the neighbors have babies and sound was not heard when there were
baseball games held across the street (unexplained)

Pets staring at nothing or getting upset over nothing in front of them
This did not happen during our investigation. (unexplained)

A candle glass suddenly broke in the pantry when no one was there
Pantry is small and the heat can build. The glass was not thick.

Hearing a honing stone churning in the basement when no one was around
Investigation didn't turn up any activity in the basement. (unexplained)

Important Note: Occupants plan to move since the house's electrical system
is not up to code and the landlord refuses to fix it.
